Why I Sometimes Lose
It might sound strange, but I don’t always try to win in Wordify. In the beginning, I wanted to solve every puzzle. Now I see the game a bit differently.
The pressure to win
At first, I often got frustrated when I couldn’t find the word. Especially when I was close. But that pressure slowly took away the fun.
I realized that focusing only on winning actually made me play worse.
A different approach
At some point, I started playing differently. I tried words I wasn’t sure about, just to test new letters.
Sometimes that leads to losing – but often I learn more than from an easy win.
Why losing helps
When I lose, I think more about the solution afterward. I reflect on what I missed and how I could have played better.
Those moments improved my strategy a lot.
More freedom in the game
Since I allowed myself to lose, Wordify became much more fun. I experiment more and discover new words I wouldn’t normally use.
My conclusion
Winning feels great. But improving over time is even better.
So next time you play: don’t just try to win – try to improve.
